Billing is handled by a separate entity, as is commonly the case for adult sites. The biller has its own Q&A and fast-response customer service. Contacting anyone other than the billing company about a billing or account matter will only lead to a delay.

- Do you have a current membership to our site?
- Are you on a PC or a Mac?
- What's your operating system? (e.g., "Windows Vista", "Windows XP", or "Windows 98", or "Mac"). If "Windows XP", please indicate if you have a "Service Pack" installed, if known.
[Right-click on the desktop icon "My Computer", and select "Properties"]
- What browser are you using? (e.g., Internet Explorer or Netscape)
- What's the version number of your browser? (To find out, click on the "Help" menu, and select "About")
- Are you using a home computer or a computer in a corporate enviroment?
- What kind of connection do you have to the Internet (e.g., dialup modem, DSL, cable, corporate network)?
- If you're using a home computer, do you have a "firewall" program (such as "Norton Internet Security" -- NOT TO BE CONFUSED with anti-virus programs such as "Norton Antivirus")?
- Do you know if you have a Windows built-in firewall and, if so, whether it's on?
- What page(s) on this site does the problem affect?
- If your problem is with downloadable video, did you try a simple "regular" (left) click on the link?
- Is the problem new (in other words, the particular feature worked before -- and then stopped working), or has it never worked for you?
- Describe *in great detail* exactly what sequence of actions you took (where you clicked, what happened, what messages you got)
- Have you tried accessing the site from a different computer? Did that make any difference?
